I "purchased" a putter for 120 credits and never received it. It did however take my credits away.

please check your inventory. the item is not auto equipped after it's purchased but put in the inventory.

If by inventory, you mean my Equipment, I did check there...nothing. It said I bought it and then took my credits, and then the putter disappeared.
yes 'my equipment' in the game window not on the website. if it's still not where as you cycle through putters (you have to click on the putter and the cycle through by clicking left or right arrows), please email us at members@worldgolftour.com so we can take a closer look.
