Profile Update

  Hello All,

  I am unable to get my profile to load.  I am using the WGT app on an iPad mini and for the last couple of days, it is stuck on the Updating Profile.  I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is still having the same issue.

   

  Any suggestions?

  One suggestion and it may sound unusual but it sometimes works for me. Reboot your modem. I play on iPad as well and have been experiencing some similar issues, the biggest one being “we cannot connect via your internet…” usually if I reboot the modem the issue clears up.

  • I have the same problem for a few days already. Nothing helps, neither cleaning cookies, nor rebooting modem/router nor reinstalling the whole application.
  • Any help appreciated.

  It is OK now, I can play, I do not know what happened and who helped in this.. Too bad I lost some coins because I could not play for these 3 or 4 days.
