  Just tried to play my first Match Play. After the first hole my opponent timed out. Nothing happened - I was stuck with a timed out window of the other player and nowhere to go.  Shouldn't a time out automatically mean a forfeit ? What should happen in these circumstances ?  Confused.

  Sounds like a poor connection somewhere. It's best to close the window and then open another, where it should give you the option to rejoin.

  If the clock just ran out and you didn't see the warning to the other player, you were the one off line. Close the browser like Piz said, the others will be waiting for you when you reopen it. To them it looks like you disconnected. You have 5 minutes to reconnect if they wait. Otherwise, you lose.
