Where can I find out the date i last leveled up to legend?
It's in your activities unless it has "fallen off" that list.
Also, in your scoring history, unless you played more than 200 rounds as a Legend. The latter is true for you.
Did you receive a congratulatory email when you moved up? I do. So perhaps check your email history. Search for WGT or perhaps Legend.
