  One of my folks is all updated, but her virus protection program now won’t let her play wgt on her laptop.  How does she fix that?  Some sort of permission or exception somewhere?

  Cannot get Launcher to open.

  Update took place.

   

  Get a Prompt that says...

  "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformationEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

   

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Mine had a similar error as well. I closed the app and then started it again and the 2nd time the update was successful.

  Tried an uninstall via Scott's links and reinstalled.

  Get the same message.

   

  Only 3,300+ CDP on the line. LOL

  It always mattered. We have only officially supported Windows 8 and higher, but some players were able to get it running on older versions.
