Clash 161 - jacked up winds

  We’ve had Chambers Bay (luckily, I wa sleeping). And now St Andrews.  Hats are flying all over the course…..and off of it!

  We have had three on the trot at Pinehurst , b9. 
  please could I have a change for the next one !! Lol

  Same for our club.  Now we have Pinehurst.  Having root canal would more enjoyable

  I have been busy all day so I just played my 1st clash game.  It was EH F9, 13-17 mph winds (I believe that is moderate winds) and tournament 11 green speed.

  The latter is pulled out of the past.  Tournament 11 was the standard when I joined WGT in 2012.  Tournament 12 came along a year or 2 later.  Tournament 11 is no longer an option in club tournaments.

  I think Tournament 11 is still the default green speed for Tour Masters.

   We have had three at Andy’s and two at CB.  Definitely heavy wind, Tom.  22-32.  Forget GIR, there should be a category for %drives in the fairway.  Lol.

  Now had 3x pinehurst and 3 x St. Andrews , I do quite like st Andes in the wind , 32 mph wind !

  We are just 'enjoying' our fourth go at Pinehurst B9 which is soooooo boring and we have had one go at St Andrews B9 and Erin Hills F9...

  It is very hard to keep TYBR club members motivated when we have to continually play the same course in a Club Clash...

  BTW - does anyone have any advice as to how I can get WGT to return two double payments that they have taken from my PayPal account? PayPal say that they cannot cancel the payment as it is over 24 hours since the payment was made (the transactions were during the last Showdown) and as usual the WGT customer contact refuses to contact me on the subject...
