Can you please tell me if the problems listed below are being dealt with, When I first noticed these this morning I immediately reported it to Customer Services and have not had an acknowledgement or reply, which is unusual.

It is critical for me and any Members of other CC's that organise CC Tournaments that we can access Leaderboards and  it is important for the Members that they can access Tournament Details to avoid being automatically withdrawn or losing a Pass

    Kind regards

    Pete

    MarchieB:

There have also been reports that NEW CC tournaments cannot be created.

For whatever it's worth, I was able to create 7 tournaments this morning (after the update) without incident.

It was only after that when I noticed the other problems on the tournaments page.

Hey all. We're looking into your reports.

I was personally able to send chats this morning, create tournaments and view cc tourney leaderboards.

Our team is checking out these reports further.

    Hi Champion

Definitely not working here. I did reply to WGTIcon earlier and was told as it was my first  message it had to be cleared (still not posted ??)- so there is another problem - as you know I have posted a number of comments over the past years.

My immediate concern is that a Round in one of my CC Tournaments ends tomorrow but members cannot see the details and could be WD'd by default and I have no way of reinstating them.

    Kind regards

    Pete

I am on https://www.wgt.com/clubs/tournaments.aspx and I can navigate the tournaments just fine, both for tournaments created today and those created before last night's downtime.  Down arrow and Leaderboard both work for me, for both open and closed tournaments.  I'm using Windows 10 and the latest version of Chrome.

    AlaskanDame:

Like JDG, Leaderboard button and expansion button to see rounds don’t work on my iPad.  Also no PLAY NOW or ENTER button above non-functioning leaderboard button.  Why do things that used to work get broken?

For what it's worth, those functions don't work through Safari on Mac for Open Tournaments.  Same functions for Closed Tournaments did work through the wgt.com pages.

Just about completely dead in my club. Only thing clickable is creator, and that just goes to that profile page.

Still no change here, 4 hours later. Using Win10 and latest Firefox.

    I tested the following:

    1) Windows 10 - Chrome, Firefox

    2) Windows 7 - Chrome, Firefox, Opera

    3) Server 2019 - Chrome, Firefox

The computers are all different physical machines, not virtual machines.

Chrome and Firefox are the latest versions.  Opera is older.  Ad blocker extensions were turned off (just in case).

None of them work for me.  I would and could test more combinations but these should be enough to conclude "San Francisco ... we have a problem."
