WGT Support - Do they still exist?

    I’m curious if anyone has had any luck with WGT support over the past few weeks?  I have an issue that I need help with, and I can’t get any response from them.  I’ve sent multiple emails to them over the past 2 weeks with no response at all. 🤷

    Wondering if others are experiencing this same lack of support.  As far as I know the only avenue to support is through email.  Any other suggestions?

    I prefered to go via "Contact WGT" (page bottom) which provided and automated email response with a case no. No guarantee but you can always refer to your case.

    Otherwise, write on the wall of an active moderator like WGTChampion. This seems to have been an additional chance sometimes.

    Thanks for your input.  I’ve tried all of the above still with no response.  Pretty much given up at this point.

    No service here also. Dead. Cisco 442 error on Opera/Windows 11.

    It takes 5 to 7 days. Don't use a VPN, they don't like it.

    In my experience, weekends are tough getting a reply. Still, IMO, your best bet is to just keep trying members@worldgolftour.com.  If your problem is urgent, you could try posting a request on a moderator's page, such as CHAMP, ICON or the new moderator (who would love to have comments, I would imagine) NICO.

    Keep in mind, not only has the last few weeks had holiday breaks, but it is also clear that WGT has been making some changes as well, and this may cause a delay in their response.  Ordinarily, other than weekends, the customer service acts fairly prompt given the number of emails I am sure they get.

    You could also try posting a thread about your issue, if not too personal. You might be surprised, sometimes people are very helpful here.
