WGT please take a look at the Dec Monthylly tournamantent at St. Andrews.  Nothing works like it should.  I finally had to quit the round.  Full shot were pitches and went into the water.

60 foot putts would only go 5 feet.  My head hurts from just trying to complete this tround.

I would like  a sleeve of TM levle 61 ball back to replace what I lost trying to complete this joke of a round.  Not sure how this happened but once you take a look at this mess of a round you will want to take it down.

I am sick at my stomaach from my brian trying to understand what just happened.

I agree , I started but didn’t finish , for many of the reasons you have said , though I am sure some have managed it well enough

I ws trying ot play the multi-round weekly at St. Andrews but it loaded the back 9 first and then on hole 14 it loaded me back on the tee after making the putt.

I lost 2 sleves of balls and just had to quit and hope it gets better tomorrow.

It was like the club was not being recognized for full shot.  I would hit it 23 and it would said out of bounds or into hazzard.  Some putts went only 6 feet when I hit it 60 feet.  And other putts went sailing way off green as I hit them.

If you're talking about the Wk 52 Free Multiround St. Andrews tournament, I played that yesterday and it worked fine for me (PC, Windows 10).  Played the F9 and all holes loaded with no issues.

I wonder if somehow the WGT servers got confused about where you were on the course when they were sending you the files for your next shot.

Is that happening for you on any other courses, or just St. Andrews?

    The OP named

    mrm6400:
the Dec Monthylly tournamantent at St. Andrews.
This I played w/o unusual issues.

Looks like desaster may loom at another of the three(!) STA tournies?

I am still having same issues today no matter which course I try to play.

I have sent a request to customer service and hope they will be able to pass along the issue to tech and maybe they can help me figure out what is going on.

I will just use the free ball for now and whack it around as I can't keep loosing balls.

Will make the best of it for now and keep fingers crossed for the help to be on the way quickly.

    Thanks for your responses,

    Michael

Don’t know what version or device you play. I’m mobile with an iPad and have had the same issues, especially with the putting - use 20’ scale, hit for 11’, ball goes two. On Congressional, 9 - 11 mph r-l crosswind, aim right edge of fairway, miss ding left, ball ends up 8 yds in the right 40/50 rough. Lost several balls as some clubs are going exceedingly long distances. Yesterday at TP #5, on approach, aiming placard said 109 yds, I hit PW 109 yds, Top Tracer said I went 109 yds, ball landed 26 yds short of the pin. I also notified CS Tuesday night and the issues started to abate yesterday.

Ah - STA's not broken as it seems!

Did you try any fix on your side, like

    - restart the device,
    - uninstall/delete the app, and re-load?

Glad to report what ever demons were causing the issues have corrected themselves.

Things appear to be back to normal.

Which means I can miss a 4 foot putt just fine...lol

Thanks for all the help and taking the time to care enough to help me.

    Merry Christmas,
