*Just shot 56 with them.   Only thing that could have been better was my putting, the r11 irons performed incredibly well.    Nice job WGT,  my 3rd year anniversary of playing WGT,  in a few days, and must say.........Well done again guys!

Oh yes, I know im really good, but these irons are well worth buying.   IMO.

*WGT is not sponsoring me for this ad, but they should be paying me endorsement creds LOL

Could someone who has bought the R11 irons - please tell me what the yardage breakdown is....

Is it 15-yard increments all the way from PW-120yd to 3-iron-225yd? Or are there some uneven gaps.....

I'd like to know before buying - as was disappointed with the yardages for the Burners and never use them.... (but I can get about 600cr back as a trade-in - lol)

    Thanks!

Is the meter  the same as the Burners? I know the attributes say it is but they also say that about the i15s and they're different.

    hi,

The performance of burner's 2.0 was not changed as far as I know. Until you have actual prove, I would rather you not spread the rumors in every thread.

You still haven't mentioned why the Legends (who probably collectively put more money into the WGT coffers than any other tier) are still NOT given any exclusive rights to clubs etc?

Yep,  15yds between clubs across the board.

    3- 225

    4-210

    5-195

    6-180

    7-165

    8-150

    9-135

    PW-120...................punches 103

This is why every one was complaining their old burners were getting less accurate.

O well time to get used to the different club yardages on my new irons.lol

The R11's are EXACTLY the same as the burners when they first came out, WGT has decreased the accuracy on burners to make R11's stand out and us like mugs all rush out and buy a set.

Same old same old........great new equipment comes out but nothing is done to make players want to become legend and receive benefits for it. So what happens.......yes we get more multi accounters and people using their lower status for credit benefits.

Sorry to get off topic but this is WGT's biggest problem and until its fixed i will continue to say my piece.

The recent high stakes ready go's was a step backwards as is giving them the same equipment as a legend. there is absolutely zero incentive for a TM to become a legend. Why would he....he can have all our equipment and tee off 40-50 yards ahead of us and have a huge advantage.

a friend of mine on here recently became a legend and says it was the biggest mistake he made....i asked him why....he says now i can't compete and its not fun anymore. There is my point.....FIX  this problem WGT

I'm happy that I woke up today to find the new R11 irons, as I just made it to level 79 and was about to get the Burners but now I think I will hold out a few levels and see what everyone is saying about the new irons before deciding.

Gr8 idea,   I like them so far.  Not that I didn't like the Burners, but I am a sucker for something new here ;-).

Realized that I still had a bunch of old gear to sell which helped with the cost.   Still had the G10 irons that the burners replaced, and quite a few wedges that the clevelands replaced.  And finally talked myself into getting rid of my daytona putter since the level 66 ghost spider is working nicely for me.  And since the R11 3iron is rated at 225yds, I no longer had a reason to hold onto the R11 hybrid.  Knocked about 850 credits off the cost of the R11 irons.  No longer interested in the level 92 putter so I feel the purchase was worth it.   Can even sell the Burners now if needed.
