Improvement of skins game

  Just played a few skins games to test ... format can be fun, but some comments

  - Need to be able to concede hole if way off the pace and holding up partners

  - Timer speed at 90 seconds is too slow ... the game goes on forever. Max should be 60 seconds

  hi

  we will not have concede and they are not your partners. once hole is tied or won, it will automatically end.

  can timer be set now by whoever starts the game? if so, then it's same behavior as other modes of play.

  Can anyone tell me what skins are, or what they are worth?

  the game is in "practice mode"..so skins are worth 1 point.

  the most points / skins wins game.

   

  tied holes by any 2 players w lowest score .. carries over the skin to the next hole.

  WGTicon,  Suggestion:  when the total number of skins won has put the game/match out of reach for the other player (in a 2-player match), the game/match should end, much like match play and alt-shot matches end.  You shouldn't have to play out the match if you can't win enough skins to catch up.

  Warren you are missing the point of skins, its to win credits not the match, if there are still credits (skins) left to be won then you must complete the game, it  will allow the other players to reduce their losses.

  EG you are playing for 50 credits a skin over 9 holes, you win the first 5 skins so u r 250 credits up, the other players have won nothing yet, but have paid to enter the game. By playing the remaining holes they have the chance to win a few skins and maybe break even.

  Its a cash game, it is not matchplay

  The shoeman, its not about winning the game, its about winning the cash. Once we start playing for credits u will understand. U dont win the game, you just try to earn nore skins (credits) than it cost you to enter the game, and thus profit from it. yes u can win all the holes, but its not about winning the holes at the end of the day its about winning enough credits so u make a profit.

  Yep, but if the view is to make it a credit game, you may has well have that set up in place from the start.

  BTW WGT. Played a four ball Skins. Loved it.

  Great upgrade day.
