  When I play a game on my laptop I get a error message saying my internet connectivity issue and having a hard time getting a signal but my connection is fine any clue why this happens thanks guys is this normal

  No not really normal....Slow connection will cause same message I believe, have you checked your internet speed?

  Been happening to me for over 12 years, doesn't happen daily, but it still happens. I just always assumed a wgt server issue.

  I'm not sure if this will help at all but you could try rebooting your modem. Just unplug it and wait a min an plug it back in to let it reset itself.

  The best way to see if it’s your router/laptops wifi card is to tether your phone via usb and run your laptop off that for a couple of rounds. If this fixes your issue (which I’m certain it will) you’ll know that the problem either lies with.

   

  wifi card (this could be as easy as updating your driver) if it’s not the driver buy an inexpensive 5ghz wifi dongle.

   

  router (doubtful)

   

  ip address conflict (which you can sort out in cmd with a quick ipconfig\release \renew command)
