Can you switch off the iPad with the button on the side of the iPad . Do that if you can it will force the closing of the app . When you come back in it should be ok , but if anything is out of sync , deLete the app , close the iPad , reload app , and you should be fine

Can you clear the app cache/data on an iPad like you can on Android?

Good question Scott , but I have no idea !! I have never seen a screen like the one you show. On the old iPad you could reset advertiser but you can’t do that on the more modern ones . I am not technically minded maybe someone else knows ?

I don't think you can do any of that cache stuff like that on any Apple products.

To clear the cache on an iPad go to Settings, scroll down to Safari and tap it. In the right hand window that opens up scroll down to Clear History and Website Data. Tap that and the cache is cleared. If the user has anything opened in Safari at the time it will be closed as well.

I just googled it and the result is probably the same as Cicero's post but in case the last step is helpful.....

Clear the cache on an iPad or iPhone

What does clearing an IPhone or IPad’s Safari web browser cache have anything to do with WGT? What Scott Hope is talking about is clearing the cache of the WGT app itself (which is possible on Android devices)

I would think that just deleting and reinstalling the app on an Apple device will do this as it deletes all the apps data when uninstalling.

Sorry I thought that was possible in the last step on the link above but I don't have an iAnything to check. So sorry.
