Membership subscriptions

    Hello 

            Just some general questions  about membership subscriptions , most of my club members have a membership subscription , but seems the people that choose to pay month to month have all had some issue this month and 1 is going on day 7 without much help despite sending along proof of purchase screenshots and a long email ,, my question is this normal for the people that pay on a monthly basis ? Is this a new issue ? And/or should I be advising my members to stay away from the monthly membership subscriptions if they’re  going to pay monthly ,, day 7 now without having this issue resolved is just unacceptable customer service !!     It has been happening now for a few months. Some of my club mates had to go through the whole process Of contacting Customer service to turn The subscription on multiple months, It's been about a 10 day wait Each time for it to be resolved.

    The monthly option is only available for apple users, it's been an option for years

    I'm on day 10 of waiting for WGT support to reactivate my paid membership subscription  and have already twice sent them a copy of my paid Apple invoice and transaction code. Its mind numbing.
