Another possible cause for disqualification or possible ban would be straight-line responses to a set of matrix questions.

Matrix questions is a set of questions in which all the questions/items have the same possible response (for example, Likert-style items from strongly disagree to strongly agree; SD, D, N, A, SA or variations).

It's not uncommon for respondents to give the same response for each item. Ideally, the researcher would reverse code a couple of items. With reverse coding, a consistent response would then have some mix of disagree and agree responses (see Rosenberg self-esteem scale below as an example; items with asterisk are reverse coded).

If respondents' provide straight-line responses (all "SD" or all "SA" as examples), the survey will mostly get flagged, even if no items were reverse coded.

    WGTNico:

As much as I wish I had an answer or can help regarding issues within Peanut Labs unfortunately there is little in which I can do (I'm still trying a couple things at the time of responding and hoping I get a response soon). When doing a Peanuts Lab survey, you are entering/agreeing to their own Terms & Conditions that is different from ours at WGT.
I did get some stuff that could be causing an account suspension.
    1. "doing them at a rate that seems inhuman. Such as using multiple devices"
    2. "the answers of the user do not match with past surveys done or the PL profile
    3. "possibly using a VPN/Proxy to get surveys from places they should not"

I am not saying that anyone that's been suspended falls under these situations, this is just what I was told. Hopefully I get a better response on the other things I'm trying, but I wanted to be transparent with what info I had now.

thank you Nico, i appreciate your looking into this.....and i can assure you, that none of that took place.  Im a straight up guy who has no interest in cheating the system - i play honourably, and i conduct myself honourably (except when i miss a 3 ft putt...lol).  I do understand that you dont have magic fingers that you can snap and fix things...Im sure you wish you did.  Any help is appreciated.

Wondering WGTNico if you could explain a little bit about the free credit videos. Mobile players seem to have little complaints versus PC players vids ranging from non -existing to very sporadic.  Is there some WGT reasoning for this?

Obviously I am not Nico but I might be able to shed some light.

Mobile and PC have always been slightly different. I am not sure if it is because of the differences in OS or whatnot. This I cannot answer.

But I do know that if PC users download what is called an Emulator then proceed to download/run the App through said Emulator, the PC user then can reap the same benefits of the typical Mobile user.

Many PC players have used this process simply for gaining access to earning credits.

Or you can use an old unused phone and connect it to WIFI to watch videos.

Funny thing happened to me. One day last summer I found a phone near my ally in the back yard, it has a cracked screen, but I googled and found out how to return it to factory state. There is no personal data on it from previous user. I waited 2 weeks to see if someone was trying to find it and claim it, but no one looked for it, so I kept it and use it just to watch the videos here.

None of those match me. They suspended my account the day I took a couple of surveys at the Walmart where I work while getting an oil change after I got off work. The only thing I did was take them in a different zip code.

I have written them Through the support link 3 or 4 times and they  never give any explanation

To CEL17 , I just had a similar experience to your opening post , I was 50% through a survey that had taken time to get there.  I was kicked out, reported saying I should have received something for my time , and low and behold this morning all 722 credits received. So we’ll done peanut labs , looks like you are changing, thank you .

Thanks...unfortunately i updated since the original post....they have now suspended me forever and do not reply to emails......so much for them changing......I know for sure i have done nothing wrong......I have been doing their surveys for 8 yrs.....they just dont give a crap and WGT amazingly claims they are powerless to stop them.  Yet WGT will be the one that loses players like me.

Many upset players post in the forums that they are quitting. Vast majority who say they are going to leave don't. Even if you have to buy the balls,  it's still an extremely cheap form of entertainment.

Even feeding the ducks costs a loaf of bread.

Anyway, good luck regardless of what you eventually decide.

ps: I'm not a shill for wgt. I actually did stop playing. I just don't want anybody to cut off their nose to spite their face.
