I am the OP here and i take back every good thing i said about Peanut Labs.  I use credits to supply my golfballs and get me entry into bracket tourneys.  I went to my surveys the other day, selected one, and it said, "we show that you have already answered this survey".  Ok, thats fine, i had no way of knowing that based on the number of credits and number of minutes which is all i saw when i selected it.  Next thing i know this big message comes up giving my the "permanent suspension" message.  I have always told the truth on surveys, never done anything intentionally wrong and of course, feel this is totally unfair.  I wrote to customer service and as of now, have not heard back from them.  I will update in a few days....I know there have been many threads on this but believe me, i have been here for 8 years, have always obeyed the rules on surveys and this is JUST wrong.  I am not optimistic based on what i have read that Peanut Labs will respond, and i think it is wrong that WGT washes its hands of it.  Peanut Labs is an extension of WGT establishing the relationship with the players only through the permission and support of WGT......WGT should accept some responsbility for keeping them on the straight and narrow.

My experience has also been that they won't respond.

I got banned a number of months ago. Contacted them a few times and never heard a response. And I also answered all of the surveys honestly. What's even more ironic is that when I got banned, I hadn't even been completing any surveys for a couple of months.

But surveys can be done through the mobile app again. I just took a 10-minute survey and earned 147 credits.

    Duphpherer:

I signed about midnight last night and the PC vids worked for the first time in over a month and for only about 4th time this year. Maybe the update nudged the videos along. The app videos have always worked for me.

    What PC vids???

They haven't worked again since. When I started playing on regular basis, about last August, the pc videos never worked, then about a month later they worked almost every day for a few months. Around Christmas time they were spitting out 800 credits every day for 10 days. However since then they are very sporatic and almost non-existent for 2022.

Thanks for the explanation, but you still haven't said what the PC vids are or where they are/were found.  And it's a strong possibility they were a USA thing only.

I don't know that it's a U.S. thing. Regardless, I believe they're referring to videos on the website. From left navigation column, click on "Earn Free Credits." It's the tab next to "Take Surveys."

For me, it's had an "X" for years. For others, it has worked. Have no idea why it works for some and not others.

As much as I wish I had an answer or can help regarding issues within Peanut Labs unfortunately there is little in which I can do (I'm still trying a couple things at the time of responding and hoping I get a response soon). When doing a Peanuts Lab survey, you are entering/agreeing to their own Terms & Conditions that is different from ours at WGT.
I did get some stuff that could be causing an account suspension.
    1. "doing them at a rate that seems inhuman. Such as using multiple devices"
    2. "the answers of the user do not match with past surveys done or the PL profile
    3. "possibly using a VPN/Proxy to get surveys from places they should not"

I am not saying that anyone that's been suspended falls under these situations, this is just what I was told. Hopefully I get a better response on the other things I'm trying, but I wanted to be transparent with what info I had now.

Thanks.  I thought it was that, but just wanted confirmation.  I've never had anything on there since the video carousel disappeared some years ago.

And just to clarify, over the years there have been a few free offers that have been for USA only (e.g. a free Dove ball every day), so it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was USA-only.  Also, I've often seen USA players commenting having videos (for 2cr) lasting less than 10 seconds; almost all the videos we get in the UK are 30 seconds.  In other countries they can't even get videos.  So USA definitely do get priority when it comes to offers.
