Fools Rush Showdown

    I placed 21st overall but never received my prizes.  12000 coins and other stuff.  Tried contacting WGT, you know how that goes.  Does anyone know how to get prizes ?

    That was the qualification round and there aren't any prizes at that stage.  Finishing in the top 50 got you through to the Elimination round, if you finish in the top 50 in that (it's 18 holes this time) you'll reach the  Final round.  It's in that round, again 18 holes, that you win prizes.

    If it was I think only WGT can help you, I don't even know a way to see the results now.

    Fools Rush was the beginning of April not the current showdown.

    Did you check your account page to see if anything from that showdown shows.  Is there anything in the game inbox that you haven't claimed yet.  Think that's where you have to initiate the prize winnings.

    On your profile there is place to check "Awards" my showdown finishes show there.

    If it was the fools rush showdown you're talking about, I can see in our system that you were given the prize through your inbox. While it does not tell me if you've claimed it or not, we did indeed send it back on 4/4

    Once you open the Game Launcher and Sign In, click Daily Bonus in the bottom right corner. You will then see, near the upper left corner, the word Inbox.

    Click Inbox. There you will see any messages, along with items you may have received.
