I want to know why When A tournament is set up For Pros Only How Come a master Tier can play and Take the Trophy

I think we have tier specific ready go's that start at pro level.

Probably because the player entered as Pro, then moved up to Master before tourney was over.
because when people enter a tourny and then shoot well and move up tier they will still be in that leaderboard. and obviously they take the trophy for shooting well!
Perhaps they just dont read the tourny details.
