No payout for CC comp

  Is anyone else having this problem?

  I ran a CC custom comp every fortnight with a 300cr pot - but the last one (in the second half of April) didn't and hasn't paid out.

  I emailed WGT member services 3 times about this - but total silence. I recall, in the Flash days, that WGT usually responded - but maybe they've given up on customer support. If so, they've also given up on my comp sponsorship.

  Are you emailing them from the email address you have registered with WGT?

  WGT will not respond to emails they do not recognize.

  Yes, I'm using the same email that I used previously to communicate with WGT - but whereas I got replies in the past (pre-App) - it's not happening now.

  I think this happened to our CC tourneys as well? Looking at the closed tourney board there is NO money listed next to players name like in the past? 

  If this is truly the case this is an UNACCEPTABLE glitch! 

  I will look at more tourneys as they finish up (Credit tourneys) and follow up here

  Prizemoney's not showing on leaderboard but I can confirm that I received it & it was added to career earnings. Just another leaderboard glitch from when they "fixed" the leaderboards a few updates back.

  its the same  for the ready go's that I played in, does not show anyone getting a payout. does anyone else see this?

  Not in my case. The prizes have not been received - as confirmed by the ingoings and outgoings from my WGT account.

  That’s too bad; I’m still waiting for Credits to come to me from 2 days ago.
