I just downloaded comodo dragon and it pulls up everything except the sign in , in the upper left hand corner of the home page.

    Any ideas on why

You're defeating the purpose of dedicating a browser to the game. Stay away from the main page-use Chrome for that.  Paste this in the address bar   http://wgt.com/gameclient.aspx   and put a CD icon in your desktop toolbar. That way, every time you want to play just click that quick start icon and the game screen comes up in CD.

If you click Play Now from Chrome you will start in Chrome. The same goes for invites accepted in Chrome. Open CD and accept them there.

Is anyone else having problems with wgt just freezing?  and staying frozen for long periods..having to x out and start over?  it gets really frustrating.  i also get the spastic meter.  My screen freezes and then i get the "sorry there is an error with the game".  I wish they would just add.."and we dont care."

That sounds like you need to install Flash. I never had to, it came with the browser. Heh-Not about to go messing with it to figure that one out, it's perfect as it is.

@gsoup-Everybody in the world could be using that browser and it wouldn't affect how yours works.  ;-)

Jim, I just replaced Firefox with Chrome and I really like it.  Is Comodo Dragon noticeably faster than Chrome to the extent that it would be worth installing that too just for WGT?

Also, I've just installed gamebooster too.  Is there something I should be doing to switch it on and off when I am playing and not playing, or does it just work automatically?

Sorry for all the questions but you sound like you know what you're talking about ;)

    Chrome and gamebooster for me.

I tried comodo dragon and it wasn't that good at all. But everyone's different.

I've got my game booster as a desktop icon and click on it before i start the game. Big red button appears on my screen, click that and away you go.

The only problem i got now is getting the eye's focused :-)

Tried them all..Comodo Dragon is by far the best....H

I will whole heartily agree, Comodo beats them all, and over the years I have used six different browsers! Very very rarely ever have any issues! It does help to shut down any extraneous background apps you have running. Go with Comodo!

It isn't about being faster, Mick. Comodo Dragon is a Chrome product. Think of it as the Cadillac version with tighter security and better Flash handling. Chrome updates Flash automatically when the update is available. Chrome users find this out the hard way when the game goes sideways on them until the Flash issue gets ironed out. CD keeps on truckin'.

Use Chrome for everything. Use CD for the game.
