My CDP has been rolled back to day one. It should have been 695. I tried to get a request to both customerservice and customersupport at wgt.com and got an error code 422 as the reason neither was deliverable. What could be going on? Sometime back my CDP streak was rolled back the same way by WGT yet my request to them went through and they restored my CDP streak quickly.
I had already tried that and got a 422 error message (server error) stating that customersupport@wgt.com does not exist.
This is most strange because I have used customer support before with no problems.
The email address I use is members@worldgolftour.com. They are usually pretty good at responding within a day or two, and reset my CDP recently when I had an ill family member.
