    The next time it happens, hit the PRTSCR button in the top row of your keyboard when you see the Congratulations. This copies the entire screen to your clipboard where you can see it in a program like Paint. Open the program, paste the shot and save it.

    I'm not sure if this will help anything but you'll have a record to prove your case.
