I'm not sure how it's set up for free games .. but for the only 2 games I played for credits .... I agree with TarHeels .. this is set up the same way a regular 4 some would be set up. Nothing wrong with that.
EXCEPT ......
The fee comes out up front regardless of the outcome. If no skins
are won (all the holes tied) ... you still pay the fee with no credits
changing hands.
Example .. 4 Players play a game for 25
cred's per hole + the WGT fee of 30 credits. That's 225 credits bet for the total 9 holes. Let's say all 9 holes are tied ... The 225 credits are refunded to each player .. BUT they already paid 30 credits each to play the game. In other words ... you paid to play a regular round.
WGT --- here is a suggestion. I have no issue with paying a fee ... but calculate the fee after the fact, based on how many credits changed hands ... in other words ... if it's a tie .. no one wins .. including WGT.

I agree with Lvietri too. Also, the WGT cut is a fixed amount, depending on credits bet per hole (unlike MPC where it is a percentage).
For example, betting 49 credits per hole, you pay WGT 30 credits as fees, but betting 50, you pay 75. 99 credits and you pay 75, but 100 credits per skin, and you pay 150! Which is a really stupid system.
1. Make the cut a percentage of the credits won.
2. Play carries on until all the skins are won.
3. Introduce a "Pick up the ball" option.
4. Put back the "Discard Game" option. (As it was set up before, once started, a game couldn't be discontinued.)
