att: icon. i purchased credits the other day through the mobile phone method and was charged but yet to receive credits. i contacted zong 3 times and they said they would inform you of the matter yet its been 3 days now. unfortunately i cannot email you guys for some unknown reason so thought i would use the forum to put it to your attention. im not sure whos at fault but moneys money and not receiving the product when payed for is annoying. Any help would be appreciated otherwise that will be the last time i purchase on this game
