Country Club Poll/Feedback

  Hey everyone, 

  I want to dry and keep a doc/spreadsheet of as many active clubs I can, but to help me do this, I created a little form for people to give me some info and even allow you all to give some feedback regarding Country Clubs, Turf Wars, and Clash

  Hey Nico, Cool idea...I filled one out.
  
  Just a suggestion- Would you maybe want to add a place for ID, like Owner/Director/Member/Recruit etc? Might help narrow down your results a little, I would think each group may feel differently about each question.

  I want to keep this first edition as broad as possible, I will likely bring out another when i have the actual spreadsheet/doc to a point where i'm satisfied asking more specific questions.

  Great idea , I have completed your form , I know I own a club not as big or as successful as many but I think my ideas and my feedback may be just as Important. Thank you

  Thanks for filling it out! It actually helps a lot getting info from clubs of all sizes/success.
