Hey everyone,

We will have downtime tonight starting at 10pm PT. Expected downtime is 2 hours.

The downtime will be fixing 2 specific issues

The issue where after weekly reset the goals section goes completely blank for several hours
The issue where coin games are showing as ties on scorecard regardless of scoring

????? why are coin room games still showing in my scores, that is terrible

unfortunately coin games appearing in stats the way they are wasn't something we're able to get a fix in during the downtime. We didn't want to risk rushing fixes and potentially causing more issues, so we targeted the 2 I said that we knew we could get done. The scores showing as 0 is unfortunate but overall not as bad as goals disappearing for like 7 hours on the weekend, and coin games appearing as ties on the scorecards.

Nico, I don't know about people who play for real money but me personally, I don't mind, actually even encourage you guys to take days or even weeks if all this glitch & bug fiasco can be addressed.

Your REAL customers WILL wait and stay with you. Nomads or gamblers will move on to other games sooner or later. IMO it's time for WGT to make a big decision. We cannot go on like this, quilt patched forever.

WGT will never fix the real issues. They just want to polish the chrome on the car in the front yard up on blocks.

I wish it wasnt like it , but I don’t feel it’s terrible , we all know it’s not correct , why does it upset you so much . Look at a score history and ignore all the zeros .
