I play religiously everyday . Yesterday I had over 1,100 exp points and developed Vertigo and couldnt play. Back in November I had a cancerous mass removed and had to miss. Isnt there anyway WGT can give vacation passes or allow so many miss days a year?
Ask to have your CDP reinstated because of a sickness and you were unable to play. I usually deal with WGTChampion or WGTNico. Contact one of them, its the quickest way. Good Luck

Also, it’s a good practice to take screen shots of your CDP so you know what your CDP should be…this is especially important if your CDP is way up there. A history of screen shots goes a long way when asking WGT CS to reset you due to a lapse.
