I'm thinking this is not far off the mark.
Care factor from WGT would appear to be low, considering how long the issue has been going on.
My experience has been that I can only get anywhere between 2 and 5 videos to play before I have to reset my advertising ID on my Android mobile phone.
It makes no difference if I use mobile data or Wi-Fi, nor did it make a difference un-installing then re-installing the app.
There has been only 1 day over the last month that I miraculously received the full 75 videos.
How ironic that day happened after I emailed Customer Support to enquire if there was any further progress on a fix for the issue.
Coincidence? .... can't be. Gibbs rule #39 says there is no such thing ...
