    You could of just bought the 40% XP Boost for 15 days for only $50 and have enough left over for a couple sleeves of balls.

    Same problem I am having and exactly same thing I was accused off! Now on completing another offer on tapjoy wall I can no longer get in again.When pressing the tapjoy button nothing happens.Revu and video and surveys buttons work fine.Owed credits.Cannot get to tapjoy wall to raise case with them.There must be some IP block in place for some reason...oh yea they don't want to pay credits on completion off tasks..In my case one bitten twice shy.I expect I get nowhere getting the credits.Suppose FTC  might have to step in  as this is happening far to much with people getting stuffed by tapjoy for no reasons apart from the ones they make up to reneg on offers!

    Tapjoy screwed me out of 820 credit and 10 hours of wasted time.

    Their excuse was... copy/paste,

    "After checking our system, I found that the Tycoon Casino install is not attributed to Tapjoy and that's why we are not able to confirm if this app was installed for the first time, this is why you're not eligible for the Earn Multiple Rewards for Playing Tycoon Casino! offer."

    I explained that I'm trying to earn credits for WGT and there's no way I would download an app somewhere else. F them. Never again just like the surveys.

    I wanted to follow up. Tapjoy relented and awarded me 820 credits as a "One Time Courtesy".

    Glad to hear it worked out for you! 

    I got the same thing not long ago.  I completed a few offers initially just fine and got my credits.  Then I completed an offer, got denied credits for the same excuse they gave you.  I explained that I downloaded through the in-game offer wall (which took me to Google Play to do the actual install).  Asked what I was doing wrong and what exactly the proper procedure was.  They came back a few days later and gave me the "One Time Exception" and awarded credits.

    So I got the credits for that offer, then the next went through just fine also.  Then all of a sudden the next 3 I tried I got denied for the same reason again.  At this point I reset my Ad ID as suggested by several older posts on here.  I didn't get credit for that one either.  I finally got fed up and wrote them a politely worded email, and they explained they couldn't tie my "new" Ad ID back to my account.  I then admitted to resetting my Ad ID and gave them both the previous and current ID with screenshots.  I told them that at the time I didn't realize that it was against their Policy to reset ID, and I was only trying to earn credits legitimately, not scam anyone by doing the same offers over and over.  I never heard back from them, but the next offer I tried worked just perfectly, so go figure.  Will be interesting to see how the next one I try goes.

    My personal advice to others having issues - stay on them about it, but do so politely and have some evidence to back you (screenshots are always a plus).  The CS agents I've dealt with actually do seem friendly and want to help, but they aren't going to respond well to threats and abusive language.  I would also recommend against resetting your Ad ID unless as a last resort after trying to work things out through the normal escalation process.  (It is against their T&Cs, and technically they could ban you for it - and if you do try it and get caught, best to confess up to it right away and explain why you did).  Also be aware that if you have several "games/apps" downloaded that you are working on completing and you then reset your ID, you will lose all progress for those games and they will be completely wiped from your offer wall.

    Tapjoy are, can we swear here, I haven't posted for a long time, effin' a$$holes. I've played a golf app quite a lot and have played other games to earn gold in that game. It's usually worked ok but in April I went on holiday to Croatia and they somehow interpreted that as using a VPN and refused to give me what was due.

     

    A few weeks ago I was missing earned rewards so sent them screenshots. After many mails saying my case was awaiting review I got one saying as I hadn't responded to their messages they assumed the case was resolved. When I told them this wasn't the case they told me that as I'd previously been warned against such activities (using a VPN) my account was suspended.

    As I've never once used a VPN I was less than thrilled by this and told them so.

    I figure I'm now permanently banned. Cupid stunts the lot of 'em.

    Tapjoy has already been fined by the FTC! This has been going on since at least 2016.

    WGT needs to take some responsibility considering they host Tapjoy Offers.

    Yes,it's a joke of a company..

     

    Tapjoy button disabled on my account YET again today!Two escalations for non received credits still not addressed yet!My advice (even though we shouldn't have to)when doing offers on tapjoy wall if you can is to video whole operation with phone.I do this now as to have the evidence.Sad that it comes to this.
