FWIW, we should realize the normal trajectories vary considerably on normal drives
I went out to RSG#2 and hit 3 drives, then took screen shots of the replays at the apex of the trajectory. I overlaid the 3 screen shots below for comparison.
Someone will notice the difference in hole yardage between the screenshot above and the replays. The in game replays showed 413 yds for RSG #2. I screen shotted in game. The saved replays show 395 yds for RSG #2. Go figure. Why not since the hole numbers in the replays are also wrong! Just another inconsistency in the game. Maybe I should clear my caches and all will be better? NOT!
Very true that there is normal deviation in regards to trajectory on all shots. But the NSG is far outside the bounds of a normal deviation. Just in my last 5 MPCs I can think of 4 separate times that a dinged tee shot on a par 3 went 35+ feet long, knowing the moment the ball took off that the trajectory was completely off. Not to mention the many others times it did happen with a driver, but that typically isn't an issue unless you're cutting a corner or flying a bunker.
As far as the yardage on the replay vs scorecard being different, that may be due to the replay not taking the contour of the hole into account, rather displaying the distance straight to the pin. As I'm sure you know the scorecard measurement would follow the fairway.
And birdwell is definitely right about the putter graphic being displayed for a few moments following a conceded putt. Can't apply spin to a putter so that could certainly be the cause of the bug. Cappiest and I played an 18 hole MPC last night where we didn't concede a putt, and that was my first MPC in quite a while without a NSG. This issue should really be a top priority for you to fix as someone could intentionally start conceding 4-5-6+ ft putts before a par 3 just to ruin their opponents chances on the following hole. Not to mention the general annoyance for those that aren't intentionally angle-shooting as it can completely ruin a close match.
