I tied for 1st place in the tourney but only received second place money & award. What gives?

Oh and if it's a pain in the ass to fix it just drop me back down to pro and we can call it even.
You tied for first, but when scores are tied, there are tiebreakers, and you sadly lost the tiebreaker.
I've been in the same situation in the past, kind of sucks, but that's how she goes.
