I am going to guess your using shot pal? Its broken into increments' of 10% for each line.
Take a 210 club and the first mark down from full power is 90%, so 90% of 210 is 189.
Shot pal scale measures 0-100% it is just a rough guide though, the ratio of %power to distance is not linear.
IE: your 100yd wedge will not go 50 yds at 50% power.
