I purchased credits Friday night and haven’t got them into my acct. yet. I’ve probably responded to a dozen emails from WGT asking me to attach screen prints of my receipt which I’ve done each time but get nothing in response. It’s like I’m talking to a computer that’s stuck in a loop. I’m entering day 5 since I made my purchase and still No viable response or Credits.
Anyone else having issues with Customer Service ?
My wait continues. I haven’t had any contact from a WGT Customer Service Rep. later today will be 6 days since my purchase. $54 may not be a lot of money to some but it’s about the whole principle of the matter. This isn’t how you take care of Your clients. Come on WGT…..Do the right thing.
Any dollar, no less 54 of them are a lot of reason to be upset!
