Tournament courses?

    As I understand it, specialty courses such as all par 3, all par 4, par 5 etc., do not count in ranked round play in regards to helping/hurting your average.  If so, why is it that I constantly see Brandon par 3 courses in bracket tournaments?  Aside from not counting, par 3s are a joke!

    Not quite precise, I'm afraid.

    To my knowledge, WGT's courses with Pars between 60 and 80 do count to the average.

    Par3s, Par5s and CC Custom Courses do not count.

    It's their choice and has been for a long time. Perhaps, they want to turn our attention to this stump course?
