Videos not working ?

  Hello everyone,

  Since yesterday, free crédit videos are absolutely not working for me, neither on my ipad nor my phone. Zero crédits.

  i don't see ans post here about this issue. Am i alone having il ?

  I just checked on my Android phone and they weren't working either. So I cleared the app cache, and then they started working. I don't know how to clear the app cache on an Apple device, but it might work for you Chris.

  how do you clear the app cache on an Android?  I've never really thought about doing it so I've never done it

  Hi Chris, been having the same problem of not getting videos in our CC for 2+ months now. Hardly getting any videos online or in the app on iPhone or iPad. The last time I got my full 75 videos = 150 credits was 2/26/23. 

  Incidentally, we use to get both videos online (pc) plus your allotment on the app. 

  I asked WGT Niko on discord.com for help. He forwarded my complaint to the appropriate department. 

  I know it’s very frustrating buy balls etc, without much in a return from WGT.

  Hi Steve, I'm not a very experienced smart phone user but here's what I do.

  1. Long press on the icon for the app whose cache you want to clear.
  2. Select 'App info' from the pop-up menu.
  3. Under the 'App info' screen, select 'Storage'.
  4. Then at the bottom of the 'Storage' screen, select 'Clear cache'.

  Done!

  P.S. I'm on an oldish version of Android (10) so I hope things haven't changed too much if you are on a newer version.

  They are working for me on my iPad and mini iPad , both having been updated recently on WGT. I find they don’t work if I leave my VPN on .

  on wifi, off wifi, personalized ads on, personalized ads off.  doesn’t matter.  no video offers available

  Same problem on my Android. Yesterday I got all my credits, today nothing. I cleared the cache, delete the data and app, reinstalled app and still nothing.
