I purchased 2000 credits on 3/29/23 at 4:20 pm and received a store error message. I did not receive the credits, but $19.99 came out of my checking account. I have messaged WGT 6 times pertaining to this issue with no results. It has been 7 days. I have never had poor service from WGT until now. Any help would be appreciated. Unable to find a phone number for WGT? Afraid to purchase credits again and loose more money.
