I had 2 balls (Cally Zs), the one I was using was almost full, and the program had an unexpected error during my swing.  It froze up before the hit, and went to the Error / Close Window screen.  When I restarted, it gave me the Last Ball warning with option to buy.  I was still on the tee, and it still showed 1st shot.

I didn't realize it till after I had closed the Last Ball box, and restarted the program, again, to see if the Last Ball thing came up again (and make sure I hadn't just imagined it coming up).  It did, and that's when I thought to right click and make a report.

I lost 3 Cally Zs in a row on Cong 11 the other day, so I really don't need to be losing them when I haven't even hit a shot that actually registered with the program.

only thing wgt cares about is if you buy more ball's, wgt never never has a problem, there system run's better then any other game on the web, and i bet they live by that,, why shoot i bet if wgt told there side of the story you just hit a bad shot so live up to it, there system is so perfect you will never ever have any in game problems unless it's your fault and if you wait around long enough i bet WGTICON will tell ya the same in this post

I think WGT does care about keeping its customers.  That why they have a sub-forum for reporting bugs and errors like this one.  That's why they let folks rant sarcastically, even libelously about their motives.  And I think they want to know if the program actually takes away a ball by error.

I shouldn't have mentioned my 3 dollar Cong 11.  It involved wind and lie problems that are certainly debatable as to whether they were me or the program being inconsistent, but which I didn't start a thread on here, because I don't consider them actual errors in the program.  I'm not asking for those balls back.

This incident involved a ball being taken without notice, reason, or a stroke being actually registered by the program as being shot.
