Ready Go Game Issues

  I play at Tour Master level and from sunday past I cannot play ready go tour master games as the message " unexpected error       we are having a problem with this game please try later "

  3 times I paid 100 credits and the result was the same however the problem is that WGT won't answer my mails ( 5 of them ) and subsequently I do not have my credits back.

  Is there any reason for this poor customer service, surely nothing underhand is going on or at least I hope not.

  Anyone else experienced this level of apathy.

  It usually takes 3-4 business days for a reply.

  Hi

  I am pretty sure your email get answered. it just been very busy here + with holidays, things may get slower as well.

  To answer your question is, I don't know but likely has to do with cookies/temp files issue. Please check this thread (part2) and follow steps for each browser at a time.
