Frozen screen means 40k loss

  I was playing in the Shanghai Room ( 50k entry 90k win ). With two to play, I was 4 up when the screen froze. This usually means the other player forfeits but it just froze. Kept frozen for hours.

  Although WGT refunded the 50k I cant help thinking that this was a Bolted on Win and I lost 40k through no fault of my own. I took a n muchscreen shot to prove the position.

  Does this happen a lot?

  Just happened to me. I normally don't go to forum, but I was browsing to see if someone else had this issue. This has happened to me once before today and both times it was people with a Level 130 or higher, so I'm wondering if there's some sort of hack which allow people to bail out of losing matches
