Connect your device to LTE rather than Wi-Fi. It should work as it did for me.
Videos not working on IOS now either no matter how you connect. Were fine up until Saturday.
Have a friend who has IOS on his cell phone. He can get some videos by deleting the WGT app and then going into the APP STORE and re-installing the game. Says he is getting 4-8 videos at a time before failure. Seems like a royal pain to do but I guess if he's willing to do it, there is I guess an option.

Did a full uninstall and reinstall on iPhone, got a few in a row, no more than 10 videos, now stalled again after multiple restarts of the app.
