  Can you find that file in your downloads folder.

  It's called    WGT Reset.reg.

  Double click it to run it.

  Yes, it is just Google being extra cautious. The file is okay to use.

  Then you have already downloaded it previously. Click cancel, no need to save it again.

  Find it in your downloads folder (Windows explorer) and double click it to run it.
