Can’t reactivate my account?

  Not sure if this is the best place to ask as why have not got back to me but I can’t get in the app and I’m getting an error message saying ‘account cannot be reactivated’ Help :(

  Have you tried to talk to Champ or Nico? That's an issue we users can do nothing about.

  If you're able to log in here with the account name/password it should be the same for the app.

  I believe there is a glitch where if your password is longer than 8 characters you need to only input the first 8 charterers when logging into the app. (not sure if this is still an issue but  just adding in case it might help)

  I thought it was 10 characters, but he could try it both ways (8 and 10).

  Like you said, there would be no harm in trying both 8 and 10, though. 😉
