Every time I make a chip shot on the green the ball hits the flag and should go in.. THE FLAG DOES NOT DISAPPEAR. The ball would have easily gone in the hole if the flag weren't in the way. It cost me a stroke everytime. Please fix this problem. It's on all the tournament games that I have played.
If not on the green you need to pull the flag manually yourself prior to the shot, it's not automatically removed like on putts from on the green. It's the Flag icon between the Wind and Distance indicators.

You can remove the flagstick also by pressing the `F` key on your keyboard before your shot just toggle the `F` key on or off.
