If you're going to give legal advice to countrymen outside your own, you should be a little more knowledgeable about the law. :-)

"I don't answer questions" "I am not consenting to any searches & seizures" "I am exercising my 5th, 6th, &1st amendment rights. "At this time if you ask any more questions of me, I want a lawyer present"

If they ask another question w/o providing a lawyer, they immediately lose their qualified immunity & are now open for a federal lawsuit. As well as the department & the town itself.
