We have a great turn out this year with 64 teams and it’s on
the 10th year that PaulFinn52 started this Tournament, so thanks to
everyone who has played in this tournament past and present.
So what’s coming up -
We will be playing the group stages first and all matches
will be played as Matchplay, and we will be having 7 games in each group where
you play each team once from your own groups.
The top 4 teams from each group on points scores will go to
play towards the Cup.
The Bottom 4 teams from each group will go and play for the
World cup Plate.
Which means every team this year get to play in the FIRST
knockout stage.
NO ONE GOING HOME EARLY THIS YEAR 😊

You will find all the Tabs along the top of the page with
the following -
Home page –
You have the countdown timer to when Finny’s world cup 2024
starts.
Current world times to help with different time zones.
Current scores for the round each team is playing on.
And then all the group tables which will be up to date each
day.
Then we have the 8 groups –
Each of the drop-down tabs will show your group table, the
squads that are in your group, results for each round 1-7.
Cup and plate –
Here you will find the Results and Brackets for the last 32,
last 16, Q-Finals, S-Finals and Finals
CTTH –
This will be showing all the CTTH Hole #’s, The sponsor for
each hole, The # of sleeves for each of the CTTH’S with the current closest
players name which will be updated if another player gets closer than previous
shot. All CTTH rounds can be found on this drop-down list.
SHOT PRIZES -
Here you will find the HIOs, DOUBLE EAGLEs, and
we also have the OTHER which will show the longest putt and longest holes out,
which will be running from the start to the end of the World cup. Also will be
showing the longest distance for each and who has the current shot.
WORLD CUP 2024 BOUNTIES –
For this year we will be having 16 players putting up
bounties with 2 in each group. If you are a player that defeat one of the
bounties you win 2 sleeves, 1 from the bounty player and 1 from the Bounty
Council. And if the bounty player can win all their matches, they keep their
sleeve and win the sleeve from Council themselves.
THE BOUNTY PLAYER STILLS WINS A SLEEVE, IF UNBEATEN WHEN THEIR TEAM IS
KNOCKED OUT IN THE KNOCKOUT ROUNDS.
PLAYER RANKINGS –
All members playing in the
world cup will be on this leader board, so you can see how you're scoring
against everyone else and the higher up the leader board you are, you could find
yourself as a bounty player for next year. Also the top #1 player on the
ranking’s leader board will receive a prize.
How to post a result –
We will need the group #, match #, tie # with the player’s
names with a short description of the match and the result.

HOW TO SEND –
We will
need the Group and match #’s that you are playing in with the players WGT Name
and players # in the order you’d like them to play in.
