It gets even more confusing because the apparel bonuses aren't active all the time. I think they're always active in coin room games. I think they're active in solo ranked rounds as long as the round isn't a tournament. In country club tournaments they can be active or inactive depending on how whoever creates the tournament sets it up, I think.
