AFAIK there is no chance, as they don't interfere in the owners' business. Did you try to post on his wall or send him a PM (since you are WGT friends)? Three months dormant may be too early, but IMHO, a CC with an inactive owner is dead. Eventually, You'll have to look for another CC - ask the owner directly to see if he's active!
