  Try turning off your router for a few minutes, then back on.

  done that a few times 

  when i try to play game it says go to app store to download launcher but its not in app store or anywhere

  no and running windows 10 with no problems until now

  Okay, lets try this...

  Press the windows key + r and type into the run box winver and hit enter.

  This should open a window specifying what version of windows you have.

  Does it say anywhere that you are running a Windows 'S' version?

  managed to send wgt email on mobile version and they have got message

  Okay, good.

  I have one more thing. There is a setting which allows you download apps from places other than the microsoft store.

  Go to settings > apps > apps and features. Under installing apps select allow apps from anywhere.

  Then try reinstalling again.

  done that reinstalled pressed play on golf game still comes up error golf exe does not exist and then says app up to date
