Can you play on your phone Mel? Use your cell network not your home wi-fi.
Same issue here in Florida for last couple of days.
If you have Spectrum, call tech support & have them disable the new security feature in the router. You will be good to go afterwards. Game on...

Played with no issues this morning and I'm now getting the same error "unable to parse xml".
My top four Clashers can’t play. One had the game crash after 7 holes and still can’t get back in. They are in Montreal, Arizona, California, and east US.
Are these clowns even going to acknowledge that half of us can't even open the game? With thousands of days of cdp going?
Hi all, not exactly sure what VPN is but I've heard some players say that they switched it On and it has allowed them to play.. hope this helps if not im sorry for chiming in with my 2 cents worth.🍀✌
