A lot of xfinity customers are reporting this problem maybe it their network and not WGT
Call your internet provider and have them disable the new security feature on the router. Once accomplished, you will have your WGT access.
I was able to get on using a VPN on my PC but still can't get in on my phone or IPAD. Yes, I have Xfinity and am not surprised if this is the problem. They suck!
I have to agree with you. Its been 3 days and no game will load, Xfiniity customer here. But its not my connection, everything else is fine. Sad!

OK, I've have the same issues as a Comcast / Xfinity user. Here's what to do:
Reset or power cycle your gateway / modem. I did that this morning and I can now successfully reconnect.
I restarted router and modem and now it works
The problem was with Comcast & Spectrum AND is now fixed!!
BUT, ye need to reboot ye modem & router...once ye do that...
Ye should finally be able to get back in!!
